Be advised that the Black Digital Interface on the Tactical STE is a STU-III mode and will no longer be usable once STU-III goes away. |

New OMNI Release 5.07 is ready for download

OMNI 5.07 is the recommended version for most OMNIs. Earlier hardware OMNIs (serial number FNACxxxx501808 and below) will need factory upgrade first. Military users should wait for direction from respective Crypto Logistics or COMSEC organizations before upgrading. |

STU-III is going away. STEs will need new ECC cards. All secure products need to be at correct software versions by certain dates. Login and look under Bulletins for more info. Thank you. |

Check with your command or crypto folks before downloading. This release is needed to work with the new ECC card. Your Fortezza Plus card will continue to work as well. |

SWT and SGSM Software version 11.01 features Mode Change which allows seamless transition between secure voice and secure data without going back to nonsecure. This only works when both sides have mode change capability. |
